Dr. Pereira is both Professor and Director for the Division of Palliative Care in McMaster University's Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Pereira is also the Co-Founder and Scientific Officer of Pallium Canada - an organization dedicated to building professional and community capacity to improve the quality and accessibility of palliative care in Canada.
